A routine with room for the rest of your day

A short sequence is easier to remember. There is no timer to beat.

Keep a clear order and a manageable number of steps. The point is a routine that fits your day.

Morning, considered

Begin with clean skin. If you use 004 Vitamin C Serum, apply it before your cream. Add 002 Peptide Eye Gel only if you want that separate step. Follow your skincare with daytime sunscreen according to its directions.

There is no need to buy a second serum because your routine looks shorter than someone else's.

Evening, simplified

On retinol nights, 003 takes the serum position, on clean, dry skin. Follow with the eye gel and cream if you use them. Start with twice-weekly retinol use, following the label. On other nights, leave that step out.

Leave room between changes

A short routine is also easier to understand when you introduce something new. Change one product at a time and keep a note of the date. If irritation occurs, stop rather than adding another product to compensate.

Four minutes is an idea about making room for yourself, not an application deadline. Give sunscreen its required time before going outdoors, and take whatever time the rest of the directions need.
