Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only.

We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any address outside the United States. If an order is placed to one of these destinations we will cancel it and refund you in full.

What it costs

• $8 standard shipping on orders under $70.
• Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
• $15 express shipping where available at checkout.

Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

How long it takes

Allow 1–5 business days for fulfillment. Standard US delivery is estimated at 3–9 business days from ordering. Express shipping does not shorten fulfillment time.

Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods are outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Changes and cancellations

We can change or cancel an order only before it enters fulfillment, so please contact us promptly. Once fulfillment has begun we cannot stop it. Email hello@ozeralabs.com as soon as possible and we will do what we can.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address are refunded less the shipping cost.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or has not moved in tracking for more than 7 business days, email hello@ozeralabs.com and we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to return a damaged item — a photo is enough.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the parcel. In practice we handle lost and damaged shipments as described above.
