Our products are cosmetics

Ozera Labs products are cosmetics intended for external use on the skin. They are not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this site, in our emails, or on our social media accounts is medical advice.

Always read the label. Patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult your physician before using products containing retinol.

If you have a skin condition, talk to a doctor.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We ship to United States addresses only.

Ordering and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship. We may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, quantity limits, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Accuracy of the site

We work to describe our products accurately, and we publish the complete ingredient list for every product.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance, packaging, color, size and dimensions may vary. Screens render color differently. Please refer to the product description and specifications for exact details.

If we find an error in a price or a description we will correct it and tell you before shipping. You may cancel for a full refund if the corrected terms do not work for you.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your details accurate, keeping your password secure, and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape or copy it, to interfere with it or its security, or to resell our products without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Ozera Labs name, logo and original site content belong to Ozera Labs. Other photographs and materials belong to their respective owners and are used under applicable licenses or permissions. Any reuse is subject to the rights and license terms that apply.

Content you send us

If you send us a review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in connection with our business, and you confirm that it is yours to give.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites we link to.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
