Where we ship
The United States only
We ship across the US except Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military (APO/FPO) addresses. We do not ship outside the United States. Allow 1–5 business days for fulfillment. Standard US delivery is estimated at 3–9 business days from ordering. Express shipping is $15 where available at checkout and does not shorten fulfillment time.
Returns
Easy returns, clearly explained.
Return unopened products with their seals intact within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. You pay return shipping; there is no restocking fee. Contact us before sending a return.
If it irritates your skin
If a formula does not agree with you.
If a product causes irritation or a reaction, email us and we'll refund you. You don't need to send it back and you don't need to be inside the 30 days. Please stop using the product, and if a reaction is severe or persistent, see a doctor.
