Refund Policy

Unopened products — 30 days

If a product is unopened with its seal intact, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by you. There is no restocking fee.

To start a return, email hello@ozeralabs.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — returns received without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Opened products

We cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Skincare cannot be resold once a seal is broken. There is one exception, and we mean it.

If a product irritates your skin

If a product causes irritation or a reaction, email us and we will refund you. You do not need to send it back, and you do not need to be inside the 30 days. Just tell us what happened and which product it was.

Please stop using the product. If a reaction is severe or does not settle, see a doctor. We ask that you tell us either way, because we are required to keep records of reported reactions — see Product Safety and Adverse Event Reporting.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email hello@ozeralabs.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. No return is needed.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any point before it enters fulfillment, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. After that, use the return process above.

What we cannot refund

• Products returned opened or used, other than reactions as described above.
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Original shipping charges.
• Orders returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address — these are refunded less the shipping cost.
• Gift cards, where offered.

A note on product images

Product images on this site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance, packaging, color, size and dimensions may vary. A difference from a photograph is not on its own a defect, though if you are unhappy the 30-day unopened return above still applies.
