Choosing your routine
Where should I begin?
If you want one daily moisturizing step, start with Copper Peptide Cream. Choose Vitamin C Serum for a morning serum, Retinol Night Serum for an evening serum, or Peptide Eye Gel for a dedicated eye step.
Do I need all four?
No. Choose the steps you want and introduce new formulas individually. Use your own cleanser and daytime sunscreen alongside them.
What is the difference between the sets?
The Duo pairs Vitamin C Serum with Copper Peptide Cream. The Full Routine contains all four formulas. Both sets contain the same full-size products sold individually and include standard shipping.
Can I use the retinol and the vitamin C serum together?
For our range, use 004 in the morning and 003 on the evenings you use retinol. Introduce them separately and follow the directions for each. If you use prescription skincare or other active formulas, ask your clinician about the combination.
Can I use these alongside products from other brands?
You can build a routine from different brands. Read the directions for each finished product; a shared ingredient name is not a compatibility guarantee. Ask your clinician about prescription products or combinations you are unsure of.
Orders, shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
Across the United States, except Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military (APO/FPO) addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.
How much is shipping?
$8 flat, and free on orders of $70 or more. Express is $15.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–5 business days for fulfillment. Standard US delivery is estimated at 3–9 business days from ordering. Express shipping is $15 where available at checkout and does not shorten fulfillment time.
Can I return a product?
If it's unopened with its seal intact, yes — within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by you. We can't accept returns on opened or used products.
What if a product irritates my skin?
Email us and we'll refund you — you don't need to send it back and you don't need to be inside the 30-day window. Stop using the product, and if a reaction is severe or persistent, see a doctor.
Ingredients and use
I have sensitive skin. Where should I start?
Read the full ingredient list and check for anything you know you need to avoid. Our manufacturer lists all four formulas as fragrance-free, but that does not guarantee they will agree with everyone. Introduce one product at a time and read our Journal guide to testing a small area first.
Can I use these while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Ask your doctor or midwife before using the Retinol Night Serum. Retinoids are commonly advised against during pregnancy, and that is a medical decision rather than one we can make for you. For any of the four, bring the full ingredient list — published on every product page — to whoever is looking after you.
Do I still need sunscreen?
Yes. Our formulas do not have an SPF. Use your own broad-spectrum sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher, following its application and reapplication directions.

On every product page, open Full ingredient list. For a set, each included formula has its own list. The Ingredients page brings all four together.
Are your products certified cruelty-free or organic?
Our manufacturer describes the formulas as cruelty-free. We do not hold independent cruelty-free or organic certifications. Product pages distinguish the manufacturer’s formulation attributes from certifications.
How do I report a reaction or safety concern?
Visit Product Safety in the footer, or email hello@ozeralabs.com with the product name, order number if available, and what happened. Seek medical care for severe or persistent symptoms; reporting to us does not replace medical advice.
