Standard shipping is $8, complimentary on orders of $70 or more. We ship to the contiguous United States. Allow 1–5 business days for fulfillment; standard delivery is estimated at 3–9 business days from ordering. Express is $15 where available and does not shorten fulfillment time.
Return unopened products with their seals intact within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. You pay return shipping. Contact us before sending a return. If a formula causes irritation, stop using it and contact us for a refund; no return is needed and the 30-day limit does not apply.

The ritual
- Morning: 004 Vitamin C Serum, then 002 Peptide Eye Gel, then 001 Copper Peptide Cream. Follow with daytime sunscreen as directed.
- Evening: on retinol nights, use 003 instead of 004, then 002 and 001. Begin retinol twice a week.
- Use your own cleanser. Introduce one new formula at a time and follow each product’s warnings.

Does the set include a cleanser or sunscreen?
No. The Duo includes the morning serum and cream. The Full Routine adds the eye gel and Retinol Night Serum. Use your own cleanser and daytime sunscreen alongside either set.
Should I start using every formula at once?
Introduce one formula at a time, following its label. Begin retinol twice a week if you choose the Full Routine. Stop using a formula if irritation occurs.
Are these the same sizes as the individual products?
Yes. Copper Peptide Cream is 1.7 fl oz / 50 ml. Each serum and the eye gel is 1 fl oz / 30 ml. The sets contain the same full-size formulas sold individually.
